TED is a non-profit organization devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. Started as a four day conference in California 26 years ago, TED has grown to support those world-changing ideas with multiple initiatives.
As the first ever TEDx event in Johor Bahru 2015, TEDxSungaiSegget attempts to engage the spirit of Ideas Worth Spreading to our community by celebrates the stories and ideas of people living the transition and effecting positive change in our community, to encourage a greater consciousness of the elements and their manifestations.
I'm one of a commitee in TEDxSungaiSegget 2015. In this project, my role responsibilities include: Video Production, Photography and Website.

TEDxSungaiSegget is very proud to announce the selected theme of the first event: "Soundwave & Soundware of The City". Soundwave start with vibrations of an object and spreading outward in all directions. Think about a lion roaring or symphonic sound of orchestras. Soundwave is at the heart of everything from birds chirping to the conversations you have with friends.
TEDxSungaiSegget attempts to be a powerful form of communication – soundwave: unearth the local voices to enhance your experience of Ideas Worth Spreading and foster connections between speakers, audience and community. TEDxSungaiSegget intends to be a source of the wave and community as the recipient to be aware (soundware) and receive it.
Stimulating, informative, motivational and inspirational, TEDxSungaiSegget amplifies the spirit of TED itself: multidisciplinary, focused on the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world.
In this video project, my role responsibilities include: Producer, Director, Storyboard, Camera Operator, Video Editing, Color Grading, Visual Effects & Sound Effects.
